1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how VISTRING TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED (“Vozo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, processes, and safeguards information in connection with the Vozo App (Vozo: AI Video Maker) and any related websites, content, technologies, and services provided by Vozo (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein and in accordance with applicable law.

If you do not agree to this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Services and remove the Vozo App from your devices.

This Policy forms part of Vozo’s Terms of Use.

2. Scope and Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

• “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable law.
• “Input Data” means data submitted, uploaded, or provided by you for the purpose of utilizing AI-powered functionalities, including without limitation images, portrait photos, videos, audio recordings, voice samples, text prompts, and other creative materials.
• “AI Output” means content produced by Vozo’s algorithms or by third-party AI processors based on Input Data or user instructions.
• “Sensitive Personal Data” includes Personal Data considered sensitive under applicable laws, including likeness, facial imagery, voice recordings, and other data revealing characteristics that may identify an individual.
• “Personalized Model” means an individualized model derived from your Input Data and accessible exclusively by your account.
• “Minors” means individuals under the age of 18.
• “Service Providers” means third parties that process Personal Data on Vozo’s behalf to provide infrastructure, AI processing, analytics, or operational support.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Services are intended for individuals aged 12 years and above.

• Individuals under 13 may not submit, upload, or otherwise provide any Personal Data (including images, likeness, or voice) and may not access features involving AI processing.
• Individuals aged 13–17 may use the Services only with the consent and ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to request evidence of parental consent and to delete or suspend accounts where such authorization is not present.

Parents or guardians may request deletion of a Minor’s data by contacting legal@vozo.ai.

4. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

Vozo may collect and process the following categories of Personal Data:

4.1 Account and Profile Information

• Email address
• Authentication credentials or tokens
• Username, display name, and optional profile information

4.2 Input Data (Provided by You)

This includes:

• Portrait images, photos, or videos
• Audio recordings, voice samples, or speech inputs
• Text prompts, instructions, captions, preferences, and creative inputs
• Materials uploaded for use with AI features

Input Data may constitute Sensitive Personal Data.

4.3 AI Output

AI Output generated from Input Data or through AI-powered functionality.

4.4 Device, Technical, and Usage Data

• IP address
• Device identifiers and OS information
• App activity and interactions
• Crash reports, diagnostic logs, and performance data
• Analytics and event data
• Language, locale, and approximate location (IP-derived)

4.5 Transaction and Subscription Information

• Purchase and renewal confirmations
• Subscription status or cancellation data
• Receipt validation and transaction identifiers

Vozo does not receive credit card or banking details.

4.6 Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

Used to support:

• Analytics and usage measurement
• Crash reporting
• Fraud and abuse detection
• Service performance and optimization

5. How We Use Personal Data

Vozo processes Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the Services
• To process Input Data and generate AI Output
• To create, maintain, and operate Personalized Models
• To validate transactions, manage purchases, and maintain account integrity
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity
• To analyze usage and improve service functionality and performance
• To provide technical support and respond to inquiries
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

Processing of Input Data and Sensitive Personal Data is based on your explicit consent.

6. Personalized Models

Vozo may process Input Data to generate Personalized Models that enhance your experience.

• Personalized Models are accessible only to the user who provided the Input Data.
• Personalized Models are not used to train models for other users, and not used to train general-purpose or public models.
• Personalized Models are deleted or permanently anonymized upon account deletion or withdrawal of consent.

7. Third-Party Processing and AI Providers

Vozo may engage third-party Service Providers to support AI-related functionality, including:

• Cloud GPU inference platforms
• Voice cloning APIs
• Video generation and transformation APIs
• Analytics SDKs
• Crash reporting services
• Content moderation and security vendors

Such providers may process Input Data solely as necessary to deliver requested Services.

Important Notice

Some third-party AI providers may use data processed through their systems for internal model improvement, training, or research, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Vozo does not control such practices and disclaims responsibility for third-party use of data beyond our control.

We share only the minimum data necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided.

8. How We Disclose Personal Data

Vozo may disclose Personal Data to:

• Service Providers for cloud hosting, AI computation, analytics, moderation, and related operations
• App Store and Platform Operators to validate subscriptions and purchases
• Governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where required by law
• Successors or acquirers in connection with corporate transactions, subject to safeguards consistent with this Policy

Vozo does not sell Personal Data.

9. Sensitive Personal Data

We process Sensitive Personal Data exclusively to:

• Provide AI-powered features
• Generate AI Output
• Maintain Personalized Models at your request

We do not:

• Use Sensitive Personal Data for targeted advertising
• Sell Sensitive Personal Data
• Train generalized or shared AI models with Sensitive Personal Data

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting legal@vozo.ai.

10. Data Retention

Vozo retains Personal Data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein or as required by law.

Your retention rules are applied exactly as follows:

• Input Data: Deleted within 45 days after a verified deletion request or account deletion
• Personalized Models: Deleted or irreversibly anonymized upon account deletion or consent withdrawal
• Logs and Security Data: Retained for 1 year for security, auditing, and integrity purposes
• AI Output: Stored only as directed by the user
• Other Personal Data: Retained as necessary to operate the Services or comply with obligations

11. International Transfers

Personal Data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside your region.

Vozo implements legally recognized safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses—where required to ensure adequate protection.

12. Security Measures

Vozo employs reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard Personal Data.

However, no system is completely secure.

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and notify Vozo of any suspected unauthorized access.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your Personal Data
• Request deletion
• Withdraw consent
• Correct inaccurate data
• Restrict certain processing activities
• Lodge complaints with supervisory authorities

Data Portability

Vozo does not currently offer data portability or download/export functionality.

Verification Requirements

All requests must be verified through:

• In-app authentication, and
• Email verification

14. Children’s Privacy

Vozo does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under age 13.

We may suspend or delete accounts of Minors where parental consent cannot be verified.

Requests regarding a Minor’s data may be submitted to legal@vozo.ai.

15. AI Output and User Responsibility

AI Output may:

• Be inaccurate, distorted, or unexpected
• Resemble real individuals
• Implicate rights of publicity or intellectual property

Vozo makes no representations regarding the originality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI Output.

Users bear full responsibility for how they use, publish, or distribute AI Output.

16. Changes to This Policy

Vozo may modify this Policy from time to time.

Material updates will be communicated through the Services or other reasonable channels.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
