This Privacy Policy explains how Honeybee Technology Ltd (“Vozo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our services (“Services”), including websites, applications, and related services. This Policy incorporates and should be read together with our Terms of Use, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

  • Your information may be transferred internationally, including to the United States; for EU transfers, we use SCCs.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal Information You Disclose to Us

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with our Services, such as:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Usernames
  • Passwords
  • Billing and payment information (handled by third-party processor)
  • Profile information from social logins
  • Content you upload to the platform (e.g., audio, video, text for translation)
  • Support inquiries and communications
  • YouTube authorization data (optional feature): if you choose to use our "Publish to YouTube" feature, your YouTube channel basic information and OAuth credentials, obtained via Google/YouTube account authorization. See Section 14.
  • All personal information you provide must be accurate and current.

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you access or use our Services, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device characteristics
  • Operating system and settings
  • Usage data (features used, timestamps)
  • Log and diagnostic data
  • Location information (possibly imprecise)
  • This information helps with operation, security, improvement, and analytics.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information to:

  • Provide and improve the Services
  • Facilitate account creation and authentication
  • Communicate service updates and changes
  • Handle payment processing and billing
  • Respond to support requests
  • Conduct analytics and marketing
  • Protect our Services and users
  • Where you choose to use our "Publish to YouTube" feature, upload your designated content to your YouTube channel via the YouTube API Services (see Section 14)
  • We process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis, such as:
  • Consent
  • Performance of contract
  • Legitimate interests
  • Legal obligations
  • Legal basis descriptions are provided for residents of the EU or UK where applicable.

3. AI MODEL TRAINING & CUSTOMER CONTENT ISOLATION

We do not use your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any model used to provide the Services to other users.

If Vozo fine-tunes or adapts a model based on your Content, that fine-tuned or adapted model is customer-isolated: it is created and used solely to provide the Services to you, and is not shared with, or made available for the benefit of, any other customer.

Any such adaptation is limited to the purpose of providing the Services to you and does not affect the Services we provide to other users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you (or your organization) have an executed Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), Section 9 (Customer-Isolated Model Fine-Tuning) of the DPA provides additional detail and controls on this topic.

4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, UK, or EEA:

We rely on one or more legal bases under applicable Data Protection Laws, including:

  • Consent – where you consent to specific processing
  • Performance of a contract – to provide the Services
  • Legitimate interests – where interests do not override your rights
  • Legal obligations – for compliance with applicable laws
  • You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

5. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Service Providers – to operate and improve the Services
  • Payment Processors – to process billing and transactions
  • Affiliates – who are subject to confidentiality
  • Analytics and Advertising Partners
  • Law Enforcement and Legal Authorities – where required by law
  • Business Transfers – in connection with mergers or acquisitions
  • YouTube (Google LLC) – only when you choose to use the "Publish to YouTube" feature, to upload your content to your designated channel; see Section 14
  • Each entity we share with must use the information only for purposes disclosed.

6. HOW DO WE HANDLE SOCIAL LOGINS?

If you sign in with a third-party social account (e.g., Facebook), we receive profile data as permitted by that provider. The data may include email, name, and profile picture. We do not control how those third parties handle your data; review their privacy policies.

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries outside your residence, including the United States, where our servers and service providers operate.

For transfers from the EU, UK, or Switzerland:

  • We implement European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • SCCs provide legal safeguards for data transferred outside the EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland
  • You may request a copy of SCCs
  • Additional safeguards with third-party providers are available upon request.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain personal information:

  • As long as necessary to provide the Services
  • For up to 90 days after account termination, unless law requires longer
  • Customer Content may be retained up to 90 days after subscription end under SLA/DPA logic
  • When there is no longer a legitimate business need, we either delete or anonymize personal information.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement organizational and technical measures to protect your data, such as:

  • Encryption
  • Access controls
  • Monitoring systems
  • Secure hosting
  • However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years old. If covered data is discovered, we will delete it promptly.

11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

For EU/UK/EEA/Switzerland

You have rights including:

  • Access
  • Rectification
  • Erasure
  • Restriction
  • Portability
  • Objecting to processing
  • Withdraw consent
  • Submit requests via legal@vozo.ai.

For California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have rights to:

  • Know categories of data collected
  • Request deletion
  • Opt-out of “sale” (we do not sell personal data)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising rights
  • Requests can be made via our contact information.
  • Verification may be required for access or deletion requests.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK

We currently do not respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals due to lack of consistent standards.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

14. YOUTUBE API SERVICES

If you use our "Publish to YouTube" feature, we access, use, and store certain YouTube/Google data via the YouTube API Services, as described below.

14.1 Applicable Terms. Your use of this feature is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not: access YouTube data unrelated to this feature (such as your other videos, comments, or subscriber lists); use your YouTube data for advertising; or share your YouTube data with any third party not disclosed in this Policy.

14.3 How to Revoke Access

  • Within Vozo: Click Disconnect in the "Publish to YouTube" dialog. We will immediately delete the authorization credentials and channel information described in Section 14.2.
  • Within your Google Account: You may also revoke Vozo's access at any time via Google's third-party access page.
  • Data deletion after revocation: Regardless of the method used, we will delete the YouTube-related data obtained through this feature within a reasonable period (no more than 30 days). Revocation does not affect uploads already completed.

14.4 International Transfer. This feature involves transferring information to Google LLC (located in the United States); see Section 7 for our general international transfer practices.
